Alihat reserves the right to verify business status and refuse service at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Alihat website—including text, graphics, logos, and system design—is the property of Alihat LLC and protected by copyright laws.
Resellers may not:
Reproduce Alihat pricing sheets publicly.
Use Alihat trademarks without express written permission.
Represent themselves as authorized agents of Alihat.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alihat shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Lost profits or business revenue.
Business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.
5. Indemnification
