Who We Serve

Alihat operates strictly as a B2B wholesale supplier. We do not sell to individual consumers. To purchase from us, you must:

  • Operate a registered business.

  • Resell products through online marketplaces, retail stores, or institutional channels.

  • Provide valid business verification upon request.

Ordering & Fulfillment

  • Order Methods:

    • Existing Partners: Place orders via the Reseller Portal.

    • New Partners: Direct email coordination during the onboarding phase.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email containing line item details, total cost, and an estimated ship date.

  • Order Changes: Modifications are only permitted within 2 hours of confirmation. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be altered.

Payment Terms

  • New Resellers

    • Terms: Payment in full is required prior to shipment.

    • Methods: Bank Wire, ACH, or Certified Check.

    Established Resellers

    • Terms: Net 7 or Net 15 terms may be available after 90 days of consistent order history.

    • Review: Terms are granted at Alihat’s discretion and reviewed quarterly.

    • Note: All payments are processed in USD.

Pricing & Minimums

    • Pricing: Wholesale pricing is customized based on volume and relationship. Prices are subject to change with 7 days’ notice, though confirmed orders lock in current rates.

    • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): MOQs vary by category and are clearly listed on our inventory sheets.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Carrier: We use vetted freight and parcel partners selected based on order size and destination.

  • Costs: Calculated at the time of order and detailed in your confirmation email.

  • Delivery Windows: Provided in good faith. Alihat is not responsible for carrier-side delays once the shipment has left our possession.

  • Pickup: Local pickup is not available. We are a digital-first operation.

Returns & Defects

  • Defective or Incorrect Product: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We will issue a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, overstock, or ordering errors.

  • Disputes: If something is wrong, tell us immediately. We are committed to making it right.

Compliance

  • All products supplied by Alihat are:

    • Sourced through verified channels.

    • Compliant with applicable regulations.

    • Guaranteed free from unauthorized replicas or counterfeits.

    Resellers are responsible for staying compliant with their specific marketplace and local resale laws.

Account Suspension & Termination

  • Alihat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

    • Fraudulent activity or unauthorized chargebacks.

    • Repeated payment delinquency.

    • Violation of these wholesale terms.
