Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something is wrong, we fix it. Period.

Defective or Damaged Product

  • Reporting Window: Within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Information: 1. Order Number 2. Photos clearly showing the defect or damage 3. A brief description of the issue

  • Resolution Options: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement product, credit toward a future order, or a refund to your original payment method.

Incorrect Product

  • If you receive items that do not match your order confirmation:

    1. Email: Contact admin@alihatny.com within 48 hours.

    2. Details: Include your order number and photos of the incorrect items.

    3. Action: We will arrange return shipping and send the correct product immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • To keep our wholesale pricing competitive, we do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind or “buyer’s remorse.”

    • Over-ordering or inability to sell inventory.

    • Price adjustments on orders that have already shipped.

    Please review your inventory sheets and quantities carefully before finalizing your order.

Return Authorization

  • Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender at their own expense.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
