Defective or Damaged Product
Reporting Window: Within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Information: 1. Order Number 2. Photos clearly showing the defect or damage 3. A brief description of the issue
Resolution Options: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement product, credit toward a future order, or a refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect Product
If you receive items that do not match your order confirmation:
Email: Contact admin@alihatny.com within 48 hours.
Details: Include your order number and photos of the incorrect items.
Action: We will arrange return shipping and send the correct product immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our wholesale pricing competitive, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or “buyer’s remorse.”
Over-ordering or inability to sell inventory.
Price adjustments on orders that have already shipped.
Please review your inventory sheets and quantities carefully before finalizing your order.
Return Authorization
Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender at their own expense.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
